Digital Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our expanding team. Your role will be multifunctional and customer facing working with some of our key partners. You will maintain websites and applications, build landing pages and implement A/B testing. You will be responsible for making sites easy to use, attractive and secure. In this role, you should be detailed-oriented and an excellent communicator. Balancing a creative eye with an analytical mind is essential. If you also have a strong technical background, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure the functionality and efficiency of our customers digital infrastructure.

  • Gathering and maintaining requirements from multiple stakeholders.
  • Working with our partners in their environments to develop strong relationships.
  • Work closely with the Account Director and Project Manager to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Update website content and implement on-page SEO.
  • Build and maintain functional and easy to use websites and landing pages.
  • Manage content scheduling and team communication of multi-language content page updates.
  • Work closely with QA to test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices.
  • Debug pages and fix broken links or images.
  • Maintain and configure hosting including production and staging environments.
  • Monitor, Analyze and Optimize site performance.
  • Maintain and manage backlogs and creative ideas for the customer.

General Responsibilities

  • You will work remotely from home and work your own hours ensuring your work is complete within the time required. You are responsible for your own time management.
  • You will take ownership of your work.
  • You are responsible for taking your YooDoo time each week. YooDoo is two hours in work time to do something that benefits your physical or mental health. This is compulsory.
  • You will engage with and vote on UP, Voodoo Park’s democratic ethos.

Skills and Abilities

  • Understanding of application development (Swift and Java).
  • Knowledge of web analytics and SEO.
  • Familiarity with web standards.
  • Working knowledge of website management tools (Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
  • Working knowledge of CMS systems, especially Drupal.
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS; knowledge of JavaScript and mySQL is preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation systems (Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo) preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage and work with multiple stakeholders in multiple countries.
  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.

Knowledge and Education

  • Proven experience as Web Developer.
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Design or a related field is prefer.
