STREAMLINING THE SALES PROCESS AND GATHERING VALUE-ADD DATA WITH AN INTEGRATED AND BEAUTIFUL DIGITAL SOLUTION


Our client, one of the world’s largest suppliers of medical equipment, employs a large multi-territory sales team selling thousands of technically complex products to hospitals, medical authorities and governments.

Managing complex product sets and customers with differing regulations, requirements and budget sizes is a huge task. To reduce friction in the sales process, and to ensure all aspects of the sales conversation were captured, we produced a suite of iPad apps.

These apps integrate with the customer’s salesforce instance and product systems, as well as their large customer segmentation model. They produce reports and insights that are used by the sales teams to improve conversion and up-sell.

To ensure that their sales personnel were using these apps correctly, consistently and frequently, our human analytics platform soniQ was integrated into each app and tracked every single user interaction. This data was collated and analysed by soniQ to identify sales personnel who required further training, or areas in the app experience which could be optimised. 

Translated into 13 languages and used in over 40 countries, the sales app solution has both won awards and helped drive sales growth.
