Project Summary:

Design, creation, and management of Fresenius Kabi's Biosimilars Website and Portal for 13 countries, catering to both patients and doctors. Additionally, the development of the KabiCare mobile app that mirrors the website's functionalities and consistent support for website maintenance.

Overview:

To support the needs of its diverse clientele, Fresenius Kabi partnered with us for the creation of an interactive platform. For patients, the website serves as a direct channel to order medical kits, drugs, and access essential resources on diet and exercise, especially for terminal illnesses. For doctors, the platform provides real-time information about KabiCare drugs, along with valuable supporting documentation for their clients.

Challenges:

One of the major challenges was ensuring seamless translation and localization for all 13 countries, making sure that the website resonates with the local culture and language. Additionally, developing an app that would carry the same content and functionality as the website while ensuring a user-friendly interface required meticulous planning.

Solution:

Using Drupal, a robust platform, the team comprising developers, testers, and our solutions director efficiently designed and managed the website, ensuring its responsiveness and user-friendliness. Alongside the website, the KabiCare mobile app was developed to mirror the functionalities of the site, ensuring accessibility on the go. Ongoing monthly support ensures the websites remain functional, updated, and secure. Furthermore, our involvement in their Adcock projects helps in integrating seamless solutions for FK.

Outcome:

The Biosimilars Website and Portal, along with the KabiCare app, have been successfully rolled out across 13 countries. Their tailored content for each country, maintained through a strong support contract, ensures that FK's digital presence remains strong, updated, and secure. The project has solidified the partnership, with a dedicated team of five consistently working to uphold the digital standards set by Fresenius Kabi.
