25 days paid annual leave
We understand that time away from work is absolutely essential to have a well earned break, protect your mental health and just enjoy some leisure time.
Remote Working
All of our people work from home. We believe this provides more flexibility during the working day and an improved work/life balance.
Additional festive day leave
We know that not everyone celebrates the same festive or religious occasions so if there is something special to you for which you would like time off, we are very happy to support that.
Yoodoo
We offer you an additional 2 hours per week of paid leave. As long as you pre-book it, you can take it anytime you want, for your mental wellbeing, family time, personal development or any other pursuit which enhances your wellbeing.
Voodoo Park Union
We are extremely proud to have our own Union. We believe it may be the first and only one in the World for Software Developers! The Union's sole purpose is to protect your rights and interests. You are automatically enrolled into it as soon as you join.

The right to work anywhere we choose
Due to Voodoo Park being a fully remote Company, as long as you have a stable internet connection, a comfortable working environment, and are able to work to client specified working hours (where relevant) you are able to work from anywhere in the World.

The right to be treated as well as our customers
We value our people every bit as much as our customers. We treat both with respect and ensure that both have the best experience possible with every interaction at Voodoo Park.

The right to prioritise our family and wellbeing over our work
Voodoo Park place great value on prioritising family over our work. If you have a family emergency or even just need to do the school run, as long as you tell someone where you are going first, we actively encourage you to put family first.

The right to be heard
Every person at Voodoo Park has a voice and is actively encouraged to make suggestions for improved working practices, raise concerns, ask questions or even sometimes make complaints. We have several mechanisms to facilitate this, including monthly All Hands meetings, regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews and an anonymised whistle blowing function.
